The Kivo mini is a USB-C to USB-A rechargeable red light portable panel that packs 2 wavelengths of red light therapy (660nm and 850nm) into one compact unit.

Your Kivo device may look like it's been opened.. because it has! Our strict Quality Assurance guidelines mean that every single device that leaves our shipping facility meets our 10 steps for Quality.

All Kivo products are designed to last longer than our standard warranties. Our LED's are ultra-high quality and durable. We use LED's that have an expected MINIMUM life expectancy of 50,000 hours (5.71 years) of CONTINUOUS USE.

Keeping clean your Kivo mask is important. Your mask is close to your skin, so ensuring it is clean will not only keep the performance of your mask optimal, but also prevent skin breakouts or infection. Where there are oils or makeup products on the inside of the masks, it could lead to reduced performance of the LED's.

On your Kivo panel there are several different types of LED's. So some LED's may not appear to be lit, this is most likely normal, but we'll work through how you can test the LED's to ensure there isn't a fault
